Class Pass Policy:
1.
All passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Our 10 class pass has an expiration date 3 months after the day of purchase. If your 10 class pass has expired, we can re-activate it only ONE TIME EVER as a free service to you with an expiration of one month for the remaining classes. If your pass expires again on your next purchase, you will loose the classes you have remaining.
3. If you have purchased a package (this does not include the intro week or intro month) you may freeze your package ONE TIME PER YEAR up to a full consecutive month. Please let us know when and if you need to use that one freeze option and we will add the extra days you will be gone onto your pass.
* Freezing your package can be for travel or if you become sick or injured *You must contact us within a reasonable time frame to let us know. If your tell us after your pass has already expired we cannot add an extension.
4. We do not offer discounts on bulk package purchases.
5. FULL TIME students (not available if you are taking a few classes), FULL TIME teachers at public schools (not professors) and military receive the student discount. |
